People need to get a grip. The Doctor has ALWAYS had an alias as well as his name of The Doctor. When he meets someone and he doesn’t want to use his real name he always gave out the name John Smith. Time Turner is the equivalent of John Smith. While Dr Hooves is the same as The Doctor or Doctor Who.
Just my two cents, I could be wrong.
If the Doctor’s last name is Hooves and Derpy’s last name is Hooves, then that means-
